An ongoing artistic practice using stitching as material and language—where acts of repair become collective, poetic, and political gestures.
Across these gatherings, stitching becomes a shared language. Repetition, touch, and time structure a space where repair extends beyond the textile—holding memory, conversation, and the subtle work of being together.
Workshops begin with simple stitches—running stitch, darning, binding—offered as tools rather than instruction. Participants work on personal textiles or collective pieces, moving between individual focus and shared attention. Conversation emerges alongside making, allowing repair to extend beyond the material into social and narrative space.
Workshops can be adapted for 10–40 participants.
Materials can be provided or participants bring garments in need of repair.
Suitable for museums, cultural spaces, community centers and festivals.
